AI infrastructure company · United States and Mexico

We build the AI that runs industry, business and cities.

Autonomous agents, industrial computer vision and data infrastructure that do real work inside plants, fleets, supply chains and public services. Not another dashboard. Execution.

01 Thesis Why AI projects die

AI does not fail for lack of models.
It fails for lack of infrastructure.

A

Data trapped in silos

The quote lives in a PDF, the approval in a WhatsApp thread, the part status in a paper logbook. No model reasons over information it cannot reach.

B

Processes that were never digital

You cannot automate a workflow nobody ever wrote down. Most industrial operations run on habit, memory and phone calls, not on structured events.

C

Pilots that never reach production

A demo impresses a committee. Production survives a Monday at 6 a.m. with a broken sensor and an angry client. We build for the second one.

02 Platform One core. Five layers.

Every Treitus product runs on the same core.

03 Products In production, with real clients

A platform company,
not a single product.

Each vertical sharpens the core, and a sharper core makes the next vertical cheaper to launch. That compounding is the business.

Core Treitus Core

Agent and automation engine

The runtime every other product sits on: persistent operational memory, tool orchestration, domain rules, escalation logic and an immutable log of every action an agent takes.

Manufacturing Treitus One

Operating system for the factory floor

Processes, inventory, suppliers, quotes, machinery and people in one traceable layer. AI reads the operation as it happens and writes the reports management used to build by hand.

Industrial vision

AI Part Finder

Photograph a part. The model identifies material, manufacturing process, comparable parts and which suppliers near you can actually produce it, mapping North America's real manufacturing capacity.

Urban infrastructure

Smart City / IoT

Street lighting, fountains and municipal energy under continuous supervision. The system predicts electrical failures before the outage and coordinates the crews that fix them.

Fleet operations

Treitus Drive

AI infrastructure for fleets and workshops: automatic maintenance scheduling, SLA supervision, escalation and follow-up without a single phone call.

Revenue operations

Pulse

Commercial agents that sell, collect and follow up on their own, across WhatsApp, email and voice, recovering revenue that was quietly written off.

04 Capabilities What we deploy

From audit to autonomous operation.

01

AI opportunity audit

We map your operation and score every candidate use case on a value-versus-difficulty matrix, so the first deployment is the one that pays for the rest.

02

Custom autonomous agents

Agents built on your rules, your vocabulary and your escalation paths. They schedule, negotiate, chase suppliers, close tickets and hand off to a human when the stakes call for it.

03

Industrial computer vision

Recognition of parts, materials, defects and manufacturing processes from a single photograph, deployed on the phones your team already carries.

04

Predictive maintenance

Telemetry, usage cycles and failure history become a forecast: which unit breaks next, when, and what it costs to wait.

05

Legacy and ERP integration

Connectors for ERP, telemetry, CRM, messaging and spreadsheets. Bidirectional sync, webhooks, retries and full audit. No rip-and-replace.

06

Data governance and traceability

Every decision, photo, approval and agent action timestamped and attributable. Auditable evidence for compliance, disputes and certification.

05 Live operation Representative agent activity

This is what execution looks like.

Not predictions on a screen. Decisions taken, messages sent, cases escalated, each one logged, attributable and reversible.

06 Impact Measured on managed operations

Less downtime. Less chaos.
More control.

0

Fewer operational phone calls to workshops and suppliers

0

Increase in fleet uptime across managed operations

0

Less administrative time per maintenance event

24/7

Autonomous agent coverage, including weekends and holidays

07 Foundations What holds this up

Infrastructure,
not demos.

The AI projects that survive share four things: proprietary data, deep integration into the workflow, engineering owned in-house, and operational discipline. Treitus has been built that way from the start.

Data

Operational data nobody else has

Part geometries, repair timelines, supplier capacity, failure histories and negotiation outcomes, generated inside real operations, structured by our own ontology and unavailable on the open internet.

Defensibility

Embedded in the workflow, not on top of it

Our agents hold the system of record: they schedule the job, approve the part, log the evidence. Replacing Treitus means replacing the operation itself, the opposite of a swappable model wrapper.

Architecture

Six products, one engine

Fleets, manufacturing, revenue operations and urban infrastructure all run on the same core. Each new vertical costs less to launch than the last and enriches the shared data layer.

Engineering

Built by the people who run it

The team that designs the architecture is the team that deploys it and keeps it alive in production. There is no layer of intermediation between whoever understands the problem and whoever writes the code.

Discipline

Every product pays for itself first

Enterprise deployments were built and shipped by a compact senior team funded by client revenue. Nothing scales here before it has proven it works in someone's real operation.

Presence

United States and Mexico, one operation

U.S. corporate structure with engineering distributed across both countries. One operation serving North American industry without friction of time zone, language or jurisdiction.

08 Team Engineering, not intermediation
Technology is the superpower for building digital bridges that let us move forward and create value for the world.
Treitus, Inc. — founding principle

Treitus runs on a compact senior engineering team. The same people who design the architecture deploy it, monitor it and answer when something breaks at three in the morning. Nothing is handed off to a support tier that never saw the code.

Treitus was founded by Karim Ariceaga, CEO. It runs enterprise deployments across automotive, logistics, financial operations and municipal infrastructure, with offices in the United States and Mexico.

We deliberately stay small. A short chain between the problem and the person solving it is not a stage we are trying to grow out of, it is how the work stays good.

09 Trust Security, governance, alliances

Autonomy is only acceptable when it is auditable.

Encryption end to end

AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Credentials and personal data are never stored in plaintext at any point in the pipeline.

Role-based access

Granular permissions per user, team and integration. Every action is attributed to an identity, human or agent.

Immutable audit log

Full trail of every agent action, access and data change. Exportable for compliance reviews and dispute resolution.

Data residency

Choose where your data lives: United States, Mexico or Europe. Private cloud deployment available for regulated operations.

Human in the loop

Every agent has defined limits and escalation paths. High-stakes decisions stop and wait for a person by design.

Data ownership

Your operational data is yours. Exportable in open formats, with no lock-in clauses on the information your operation generates.

10 Questions What clients and funds ask first
What exactly does Treitus do?
We build AI infrastructure that performs operational work: agents that schedule, collect, escalate and report; computer vision that recognizes industrial parts and processes; and predictive models that anticipate failures and bottlenecks. The AI is embedded in your existing workflow rather than parked in a separate dashboard.
Does Treitus replace my ERP?
No. Treitus connects to what already runs: ERP, telemetry, sensors, CRM, WhatsApp, email and spreadsheets. The ingestion layer normalizes those sources into a single operational memory, so nothing has to be torn out first.
How long does an implementation take?
We start with an audit that ranks use cases by value against difficulty. The first agent typically reaches production in weeks rather than quarters, because the core already exists and only the domain layer is built for you.
Where is the data stored and who owns it?
The data is yours. We offer residency in the United States, Mexico and Europe, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and an immutable audit log of every action an agent takes. Exports are available in open formats at any time.
What happens when an agent gets something wrong?
Every action is logged, attributable and reversible, and every agent runs inside defined limits. Decisions above a configured threshold stop and wait for a human. When something does go wrong, the audit trail shows exactly which input produced it.
Is Treitus open to investors?
Yes. We keep an open conversation with funds focused on applied AI and vertical B2B software. Metrics, cohorts, architecture documentation and client references are available under NDA. Write to us directly.
