Its application has surpassed the production industry and\nhas been installed in other areas, such as education, architecture, industrial\ndesign, archeology, art, fashion, medicine and even in the food industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The typical materials used by a 3D printer are not\ncommon plastics, but filaments and resin derivatives that, due to their\nmalleability, hardness, flexibility and resistance, offer an eco-friendly\nalternative for companies, in addition, it should be added that 3D printing In\nrecent times has entered its stage 2.0, that is, use of new materials, such as\nglass, metal, rubber and ceramics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When we consider industrial 3D printing, there are a\nsignificant number of benefits for the production company. The problems of\nspeed and design are diminished when specialized machinery is used and value is\ngiven to the design of the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the great advantages of 3D printing is the ease\nof realizing ideas in tangible products and this is when the material and\ndesign take on a great weight. The manufacturers do not stop trying to innovate\nand offer more and more components with the additive manufacturing and creating\nprograms and systems that protect the industrial designs of copies at micro and\nmacro scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nowadays, the value that an additive product can add\nis superior to those that are still manufactured in a traditional way. This\nvalue translates into reduction of processes and costs within the value chain,\nfrom internal logistics, through production to external logistics. Of course,\nthese benefits are enhanced when talking about additive manufacturing at the\nindustrial level (not desktop). On the other hand, analyzing the needs of the\nmarket, the only way to satisfy the personalization of the products is by means\nof 3D printing, which, well developed, can be applied to a mass production\ndemand, that is, this type of Manufacturing is a competitive advantage for\ncurrent companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Mexico there is an exponential growth of additive\nmanufacturing in recent years. Recently, Queretaro has emerged as one of the\nmost important additive manufacturing HUB in Latin America, highlighting the production\nof metal for the aerospace industry; this growth drives other emerging Mexican\nmarkets to come to the surface and claim part of the market share; industrial\nevolution comes with great force for companies and technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More and more companies add themselves to the advantages of 3D printing as a general improvement in production; Mexican companies such as <a href=\"https:\/\/treitus.com\/\">Treitus<\/a>, worry about the operational efficiency of other companies, about the importance of resources in a market with exorbitant demand.
